退款政策
退款安排
- 一旦成功下單訂購,如非供應商最終不能交貨問題,恕不設任何理由退款退貨
- 如因供應商船期 / 貨期延誤,恕不設退款,敬請體諒
- 如所訂購的貨物出現缺貨情況或其他問題,導致最終未能成功訂購,客人可選擇等候下一批貨/ 全額退款於商店購物金。
- HSBC Payme有90日既退款限制. 如果付款後90天後客人要求以 Payme 作為退款渠道, 中間產生的手續費, 我們將在退款金額扣除手續費後退回客人的 Payme 户口.
退貨安排
- 如客人發現收貨後有問題,客人可於收貨後的 3 天內進行退貨。3 天過後恕不接受任何理由退換。

- 把貨品連同所有包裝(如紙盒及配件)安全密封
- 選擇親身前往本司進行退貨 (不提供即時換貨) 不接受以順豐把貨品退到自提點

收到的貨品與訂購貨品不相符 或 收到的貨品已損壞
不接受退換的貨品
1. 無包裝盒、標牌、及貨品內容有缺 (退還時必須與收貨時所有配件及包裝一致)
2. 客人個人的原因,例如買錯貨,買錯顏色及個人不適用等
3. 經客人修改過及使用後出現的受損貨品
4. 收貨後超過 7 天或以上的貨品
5. 部分貨品已標明不提供退貨服務
6. 貨品因運送過程中的任何損毀
退換所產生的運費及時間
1. 貨品已損壞及不相符:閣下必須拍下有關貨品照片及通知我們客服,待我們確認後方可以前往自提點進行退貨。如在我方確認前寄出貨品,我們則有權不接受並退回貨品給客人,所產生的運費digsic恕不負責。
2. 貨品如在退貨其間有損壞或遺失,digsic 恕不負責。
退換貨品時的缺貨及退款銀碼
1. 本公司為中間代購者角色,會盡力保障貨品來源及品質,但始終貨品由廠商所製,質量未能夠由我方所控制。如客人使用後未能符合個人喜好或質素未如理想,恕本團未能因此而退貨退款。
2. 我們會盡力為閣下提供因退貨而更換新的貨品,但有時因供應有限而無法提供,我們一律於收到退貨後7個工作天內以商店購物金退還有關客人購買時的款項。
3. 所有更換貨條款digsic 有權作出修改而不用事前通知閣下,並有權拒絕更換貨的權利,如有任何爭議,digisc 保留最終決定權。
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at digsicofficial@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1102B, 11/F, Wah Chun Industrial Center, 95 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Refund will be arranged in 7 days after the goods arrived Digsic warehouse for inspection to confirm we accept your request. Fund will return by same payment method you paid to us, all related finance charge will be bearer by customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
